REGISTRATION PERIOD OPEN
The central theme of our events are animal rights and veganism. Hence we prioritize businesses that offer vegan products exclusively. Vegan means that the product you offer must not contain animal material or be derived from animal exploitation. Wool, leather, fur, feather, silk, honey, dairy, eggs, are a few examples of materials/ingredients that are not vegan.
Companies that normally sell a mix of vegan and non-vegan products may still participate as vendors to promote their vegan products, but acceptance will be on a case by case basis.

NOTE:
- Certain types of booth offer you the option of sharing space with another vendor; the other vendor must officially register by completing a separate application form and be approved by us.
- Cooking is NOT permitted anywhere onsite.
- Booths in the main hall on second floor: Reheating food with an electrical appliance is allowed, subject to approval of the appliance(s) by the venue. Offering small portions / snack size portions of food is allowed, full-meal portions not permitted.
